Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if LED display has any meterial and process defects, we are responsible for the cost of service for product repair and replacement.

We warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or wrong operations. It also does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs and modifications.

① Online remote technical support

This service is applicable for technical problems, including , but not limited to connection issues is signal cables and power cables,system software issues and parameter settings,and replacement issues of the modules,power supplies,receiving cards,controllers,etc.

② Return to factory repair service

For problems that can not be solved by online technical support, we will confirm with buyers whether to provide return to factory repair service.If factory repair service is needed,buyer shall bear the freight for return delivery items to our factory.And we will send back the repaired items to buyer and bear the one-way freight.

③ On-site service

Buyer may submit service requirements through the website, email, telephone and other service channels with contract number,site address and contact information stated.We will dispatch a technician to buyer’s location. Buyer should bear labor fee, airfare, visa fee, and accommodation fee.
